Mum was born on August 23rd 1934 along with her twin sister Elsie Milbourne they were 2 of 11 children. They had a very difficult childhood in the fact they were bought up in care homes luckily mum was a twin so they were kept to-gether untill they went into foster homes. It wasn't untill she came out of care she realised how many brothers and sisters she had. They are Desmond, Irene, Margaret, Cliff, Nellie, Harold, Mum and Elsie, Ivy, Tommy and Charlie. In her early years mum was a nanny (pretty fiting for her as she was the best Granny ever).
